Our fees are based on the total unpaid principal balance and number of loans within your loan portfolio as of the start of each year we do business with your institution.
Request a Proposal
If you send us a summary of your loan portfolio showing the number of loans and unpaid principal balance by loan type, we can send you a free no obligation proposal to provide our Loan Portfolio Analytics service to you.
Our proposal will include a copy of our standard agreement so that you are to see the terms and conditions of doing business with Platinum Risk Advisors.
- In the first year we provide service to you, we will charge 20% of the total annual fee up front to help offset our costs in getting your bank or credit union set up in our system. This payment is then deducted from the total annual fee due.
- The remaining amount of the total annual fee is then payable in 12 equal installments over the course of the year. The payments are due on the first day of each month.
To illustrate this, if the total agreed upon fee is $25,000, 20% of this amount or $5,000 is due upon signing the contract. The remaining amount due, $20,000 is payable in monthly installments of $1,667.67 each.
- In year two, the $25,000 fee would be billable in 12 equal installments of $2,083.33 each.
We would like our clients to pay us by ACH each month. If that is not agreeable to you, we will increase our annual fee quoted by 5%.
You can cancel your agreement with us at any time. We are entitled to retain the fee you paid us for the month you notified us that you are terminating the agreement. Beyond this, you have no further obligation to us.
If we need to come on-site to help you with the mapping of the additional data that needs to be in your loan subsidiary ledger, we will charge an additional $2,000 plus any direct costs incurred to travel to your place of business. This will be a one-time fee. In most cases, this should not be required.
If you would like any of our professionals to provide any services outside the scope of the Loan Portfolio Analytics service, we will need to negotiate a separate fee for those serves and that agreement will require a separate written agreement.
